The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Cyprus event began with a champagne reception with canapes on the terrace.
Glasses of Champagne Blanc De Blancs Extra Brut, Valentin Leflaive were served alongside teriyaki duck canapes and Japanese prawn tacos.
Our resident saxophonist played a selection of Jazz standards, mixed with some Bossa Nova and classic tunes.
The dinner included four delicious courses with wine pairing.
Wines for the occasion were personally selected by Mr Victor Papadopoulos, President of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Cyprus chapter.
