Crowne Plaza Limassol hotel and voco® Milan-Fiere Chef Exchange

In May 2022, Chef Fabio Mangia from voco® Milan-Fiere visited the Crowne Plaza Limassol hotel for the first part of an exciting chef exchange between these two IHG hotels.

Firstly, Crowne Plaza Limassol hotel guests and members were invited to enjoy a Milanese aperitivo experience and a specials menu prepared by Chef Fabio at the hotel’s Italian Restaurant La Brezza.

Secondly, Crowne Plaza Limassol also hosted a dinner for the Cyprus branch of Chaîne Des Rôtisseurs. The event was attended by Her Excellency Federica Ferrari Bravo the Ambassador of Italy and Her Excellency Salina Grenet-Catalano the Ambassador of France. Led by Chef Fabio Mangia and Chef Zacharias Paourou, the Crowne Plaza Limassol team served an exquisite six course menu with Italian wines supplied by La Maison Du Vin.
